Terms & Conditions

General

– All rates are quoted in US dollars per apartment per week or day, as specified.
– The booking is confirmed when the payment is processed as follows : 50% at the reservation. Full pre-payment is required latest 2 weeks prior to arrival and no refund will be given thereafter.
– Payment to be made by bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
– All prices are subject to change at two weeks prior notice.
– Extra bed can be provided (suppl. 40 UDS included breakfast).
– All above rates are net inclusive of breakfast, 10% govt. tax and transfer from and to airport.

Changing and cancellation policy

– Cancellation : less than 30 days prior to arrival : 50%
– Cancellation : less than 15 days prior to arrival : 100%

Others

– Visa : tourist visa valid for 1 month can be obtained on arrival at the airports and some borders. Prolongation is available in travel agencies (on own account).
– Insurances : on customer account. Mekong Estate declines all liabilities before and during the stay.

Transfers (complementary)

– By minivan on arrival and departure from Luang Prabang airport and/or jetty.
